This year, at PUKY, we have experienced an exceptionally high demand for our products, and together with our shipping partner, DHL, we are handling a significant volume of packages. This increased workload has led to some delays in delivery.
To ensure that your orders arrive in time for Christmas, we strongly recommend placing your Christmas gift orders in a timely manner.
Our recommendation: Please place your orders no later than December 17, 2023.
All orders received by us by this date will be handed over to our shipping service provider in a timely manner.
