When does the 5-year warranty start?
The warranty period starts from the date of the valid purchase receipt.
How do I activate the warranty?
Very simple: You register your vehicle under warranty registration. Shortly after registration, a warranty number will be sent to you by e-mail. You should note this number on your proof of purchase and keep it for possible warranty claims.
Does the warranty expire if I sell the vehicle?
No, the warranty is product - based and not personalized. After activation of the warranty, which must take place within the first 4 weeks after purchase, the buyer will receive a warranty number by e-mail. This number can then be given to the buyer together with the proof of purchase when the vehicle is sold. In order to maintain the warranty claim within the warranty period, the buyer must also register online under his name and with the warranty number belonging to the vehicle.
What service does the warranty claim relate to?
The warranty refers to the repair or replacement of a defective frame, fork or handlebar. It does not include the wage for the assembly work or the replacement of attachments.
What damages are not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, defects, malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, neglect, improper assembly or maintenance, or the installation of other parts.
