What are the current delivery times?

Unfortunately, due to the corona situation, the delivery of your orders is currently delayed by 3-4 working days. On the one hand, this is due to the security regulations we have to comply with for the protection of our employees, on the other hand it is due to the extended delivery times of the parcel service. We ask for your patience and promise to do our best so that your kids can hold the eagerly awaited vehicles in their hands as soon as possible.

Why are some models currently not available?

We at PUKY do not only see ourselves as a profit-oriented company, but we are also aware of our very special social responsibility towards the society, which enables our success. Therefore we manufacture with few exceptions all our products in Germany in close cooperation with workshops for adapted work. The mentally disabled people working there have been an important part of our production for decades.

As a result of the measures taken to contain the corona virus, extensive regulations have been imposed on the workshops for adapted work cooperating with us to protect the people working there - perhaps comparable to the daycare centres. However, as it is not possible to teach all people with disabilities to comply with the regulations to the same extent, many of these employees are not yet allowed to return to their normal work at the moment. Unfortunately, this also leads to bottlenecks with our products.

We know that you can't wait long for children's vehicles, but maybe this information motivates you to be patient or at least leads you to decide for a PUKY the next time you buy a children's vehicle, in case your dream vehicle is not available at the moment. We would be pleased.

How can the customer service be reached?

Basically our customer service is available as usual. Due to the strong increase in requests, we ask for your patience and understanding that it sometimes takes a little longer until we can answer. In the interest of all of us, we ask you to desist from requests for delivery within the above mentioned current delivery period.

What about returns?

The extended delivery times naturally also have an influence on returns. But don't worry, your 14-day return policy covers the period from the day you receive the package until the day you send it back. It doesn't matter if your package arrives after the 14-day period.
